Wireless PIR detector

Ajax MotionProtect is a wireless indoor motion detector, which is part of the Ajax Superior series. The detector communicates with the hub via the protected Jeweler radio protocol at a distance of up to 1,700 meters in the line of sight. It has protection against view blockage (anti-masking system) and pet triggering (pet immunity). The motion detection distance is up to 12 meters.

MotionProtect works for up to 5 years without battery replacement and is ready to operate right out of the box. The battery is already installed, so there is no need to disassemble the detector. With a single click, it can be connected to the hub in the mobile application. It can be mounted on the SmartBracket in a few minutes.

MotionProtect detects human presence at the IR level using a passive IR sensor. The received data is digitally processed to prevent false alarms. It automatically increases or decreases the sensitivity of the sensor to accurately detect movement in hot and cold weather.
