EXREAD-Instal-Plate
A mounting frame is recommended if the mounting surface is uneven or if the installation is made on a metal surface.

If the mounting surface is uneven, it is recommended that a mounting frame is being used.
The installation plate is strongly recommended when the card reader is installed on metal surface. This will minimize problems with low reading distance caused by interfering with metal surface
The installation plate can also be used as a distance for external mounting where cables are pulled forward to the card reader.
