Photostation Express is a portable solution that can be placed temporarily to take photos of staff. It can be placed on a table or hung on a wall for a more permanent installation. The photo station has built-in lighting to ensure high-quality images.

The process is simple, intuitive and can be customized for your organization. The user interface can be customized with your graphic profile, logo and colors. You can also add more steps to the process, such as consent to terms (e.g. GDPR), signature or selection of pickup location. All texts can be customized to provide clear information to users and translated into multiple languages.

The person can use the station themselves by entering their information via an on-screen keyboard. The fields are fully configurable and can include field checks to ensure correct data entry. It is also possible to adapt the user interface to different categories of people with different processes for, for example, employees or external users.

The photo station can be used completely independently, as all information can be stored on the local computer, or it can be connected to a network, where the information can be stored in a location of your choice. Since there are often strict requirements for the computers connected to organizations' networks, you have the option of providing a computer yourself if desired.
