NOX - WINKAS Integration - Multisite license - SIMS

Software for integration between Winkas booking system and SIMS

Can transfer booking data from Winkas to SIMS/NOX, both one-day and seasonal bookings.

Booking data is transferred when there is a match between Access Groups in Winkas and SIMS user group.

Example:

An Access Group in Winkas is called "A-Member", therefore a SIMS user group with the same name, i.e. "A-Member", must be created in order to exchange booking information between the systems.

The SIMS user group must contain the access rights to doors and alarm areas that are necessary for an "A-Member" to enter and exit.

It is also possible to choose to build a matrix between Winkas access groups (resources) and SIMS user groups or SIMS area groups. This means that names from the two systems no longer need to match.

Data being moved is as follows:

• ID (Unique booking number)
• Membership number (If it is a season booking)
• Booking time period from/to

NOTE. Remember to provide CPU number, end user name and address when ordering.

This license is for an additional location if more than one location is needed.
