SIMS – Microsoft EntraID integration

General

SIMS EntraID Integration is used to synchronize users from the Microsoft EntraID (Azure AD) environment with SIMS.

By adding, changing and deleting user accounts in EntraID, these changes can be synchronized with SIMS to thereby control physical access to doors and areas in SIMS and NOX.

Supported functions

Create user, delete user, start date, end date, blocked user.

All users will follow their status from EntraID, e.g. if a user is blocked in EntraID, the user will be automatically blocked in SIMS/NOX, if an end date is set in EntraID, this date will be set for the user in SIMS/NOX, etc.

Supported data

All available data/attributes in EntraID can be transferred as a rule, however, only the few that have a direct relevance to SIMS/NOX are transferred in our standard setup. This can of course be adapted to the individual customer's wishes.
