Request for emergency assistance outside normal opening hours
Our support team may also be available outside of our normal opening hours in important situations.
Once you have filled out the form below, our team will assess the issue and, if possible, contact you as soon as possible.
Before submitting an emergency support request, please read below:
- The emergency assistance service costs 3000kr per started hour, including transportation to our office or other location if necessary.
- We do not guarantee that we will always be able to provide this support outside of working hours.

Preparation
- We will probably need to access the system "remotely" via TeamViewer.
