RMA request
To return an item due to a defect or similar, please first fill out the RMA form below.
It would be an advantage to contact ARAS Security support (support@aras.dk) before filling out the form to identify the problem.
Before submitting an RMA request, please read below:
- Do not return items until you have received an RMA number.
- The RMA number will be received after the RMA request has been processed.
- All items returned must be securely packaged and clearly marked with the RMA number.
- Returned items must be sent to our ARAS office in Glostrup.
- A troubleshooting fee (500 DKK) may be charged on items where the described error cannot be detected. Therefore, remember to provide a detailed error description below.
NOTE.
All SmartIntego products must be reset before being returned!

It is important that you fill out the form correctly.
If incorrect or missing information (e.g. item number or return address) is provided, the request will automatically be rejected and you will have to start over.
If you wish to credit the item, the requisition number under which the item was purchased and/or the ARA delivery number MUST be provided.
