Intelligent key and storage cabinets
The KeyBox series enables smart sharing and intelligent security of keys, documents, and valuables.
The cabinets’ functions can be combined, expanded, and customized to suit any need.

KeyBox is designed for convenient and secure lending of keys and items.
User management is centralized and is controlled either via the touchscreen, through a stand-alone software application, or via integration with the access control system.
Keys are released and cabinets are opened only for users who have authorization to do so.
Users identify themselves using an electronic ID card, code, fingerprint, or QR code.
Each cabinet is designed based on the specific situation and can be equipped with accessories such as a camera, internal sensors, and a breathalyzer.

With KeyBox, relevant people can always access exactly the key required for the situation.
- Does the caretaker need the archive key?
- Does the craftsman need to borrow the workshop key?
- Does the driver need to return the limousine?
An administrator can grant access, for example using a temporarily valid QR code.
A single cabinet is available in sizes with capacity for up to 384 keys, and multiple cabinets can easily be connected.
How keys are released

Key peg with electronic ID
Each key is securely attached to a steel key peg.
The key peg contains an electronic identifier.

LED lights indicate the relevant key.
The key peg is locked and is released only to users who are authorized for the individual key.
A key can be returned to any available slot.

Touchscreen with overview
After identification using a card/code (or biometrics), the touchscreen informs the user which keys they are authorized to collect.
All actions are logged
All actions are logged, and the system allows you to view the status of the various loans.

Depending on whether KeyBox is operated stand-alone or integrated with the NOX management system SIMS, the user is given different options.

You can combine different types of storage, allowing the same cabinet to store everything from keys and documents to phones and weapons.
A cabinet is available in a wide range of colors, with a logo engraved in glass or laser-cut into the cabinet.
KeyBox can be upgraded with internal and external cameras, QR reader, biometrics, breathalyzer, roller shutter, weight sensor, optical sensor, USB charging, UV light for disinfection, and much more.
